| Simon Obarzanek is among Australian artists such as: Narelle Autio, Pat Brassington, David Dare Parker and Claire Martin, who have been selected for Fremantle's photography festival FotoFreo. Also invited to participate in the festival are international photographers Jean Chung (Korea), Sohrab Hura (India) and Carrie Levy (USA). FotoFreo is exhibited in various venues across Fremantle (20 March to 18 April).

Karen Woodbury Gallery temporarily farewells our Gallery Manager Melanie Flynn who will be taking maternity leave at the end of March. Rachael Watts will be taking over the position in Melanie's absence. We welcome Laura di Florio to Karen Woodbury Gallery as our new Gallery Assistant.
Del Kathryn Barton is included in the group exhibition Wilderness, Balnaves contemporary painting at Art Gallery of New South Wales (5 March - 23 May). This exhibition considers how nature and landscape continue to preoccupy contemporary painters. Other artists include: Daniel Boyd, Andrew Browne, Stephen Bush, Tony Clark, Louise Hearman, Fiona Lowry, James Morrison, Alex Pitterndrigh and Michael Zavros.
Del is also included in the group exhibition Feminism Never Happened, held at the Instiute of Modern Art (30 January - 20 March). The exhibition included works by female artists, Pat Brassington, Kirsty Bruce, Jacqueline Fraser, Anastasia Klose, Fiona Lowry, Fiona Pardington, Yvonne Todd, and Jemima Wyman.

Jane Burton, Ivy #1 2009, pigment print, 75.0 x 89.0 cm
| Jane Burton has been selected for a billboard project at Hazelhurst Regional Gallery, NSW (27 March - 27 June). This project is curated by Mimi Kelly. A total of four selected photographic artists will be presenting large-scale images of artworks on four large billboards situated throughout the gallery gardens.

Locust Jones will be undertaking a residency in Penrith at Penrith Regional Gallery, in the lead up to the exhibition No Right turn - Western Sydney drawing show (10 April - 27 June).

Michael Doolan will be exhibiting exhibiting in the 2010 Taiwan Ceramics Biennale, Taipei mid year. Michael is also currently showing work at the Newcastle Region Art Gallery, in the group exhibition, Clash: Contemporary sculptural ceramics (13 February - 18 April). Michael's work will be going into the collection at the end of the exhibition.

| Jonathan Nichols will be exhibiting at the National Portrait Gallery in the exhibition, Present Tense curated by Michael Desmond (20 May - 22 August). This exhibition examines 'the imagined glamour of portraiture in the ditgital age' and includes international and local artists.

| Simon Obarzanek has been selected to undertake the Turner Galleries artist in residence program in March.

Simon will also be performing with three other dancers in the production Untrained choreographed by Lucy Guerin Inc to be performaed at the Adelaide Festival of Arts (26 February - 14 March) and the 2010 Hong Kong Arts Festival (25 Febuary - 28 March).

| Kate Rohde has been selected to feature in the Incu Window Project, Sydney. The Incu Window Project celebrates the work of local and international artists through a platform of changing installations at our retail stores. Artists are invited to explore the window space with a diverse mix of works including sculpture, painting, drawing, fashion and illustration. Curated by Tara D'cruz-Noble, installations change every 4 - 8 weeks and each display is unique to Incu.
Recent artists include The Kingpins, Elke Kramer, Koji Ryui, Benja Harney and fashion label Romance Was Born. Kate will be collaborating with Romance Born in the future.
